부동산 계약을 했다

The house is mine I bought the house
real estate 부동산 make a contract 계약을 하다 We made a contract (about) the real estate
부동산 계약 자체가 real estate contract라고 표현이 됩니다. 그리고 계약할 때하는 행위인 sign을 써서 sign the real estate contract라고 표현하는게 더 자연스러울 수 있습니다. 혹은 sign the contract for the real estate도 좋습니다.

집들이를 했다

My friend invited me to their house/party My friend who moved in to the new house invited me I visited my friend and we had a (welcoming) party because she/he just moved in.
housewarming party는 '집들이'와 어울리는 단어입니다. have a housewarming party 라고 표현하면 집들이를 하다와 연결됩니다.

2년만에 한국에 왔다

She came to Korea. She was in the states for 2 years.
It's been about 2 years since she last was in korea And she finally came to Korea.
for the first time in 2 years도 쓸 수 있습니다. 그 2년동안 처음이란 느낌으로 2년만에를 전달합니다. 혹은 아주 쉽게 after을 써줘도 됩니다.
